What Users Say
Genuine reviews from public platforms. Each linked to its source. How our reviews work →
The design team gets a lot of benefit from the Funnel and Pathing features, but there is a huge learning curve with Pendo—it can take months to learn all the ins and outs.
The analytics side isn't as robust as the likes of Amplitude and it can be a bit tricky to tag up elements.
The guide builder is intuitive and allows us to quickly support users at the right moment, though multi-select response options aren't currently supported, which can make collecting feedback challenging.
